How do I get the blog to not be transparent, so background can be used.
-
Blog is transparent and custom background (or any WordPress background for that matter) shows through, can’t read blog posts.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy again,
Thanks for reporting this. I’m submitting this to the developer of the theme so they can fix it up.
Cheers!

Thanks for the email. Can you tell me how long before issue is resolved? I moved over from another theme because problems there weren’t corrected, now I’m having this problem. The delay in getting questions answered, or problems fixed in WordPress is very frustrating. It makes me think the point of WordPress is to sell their higher level service. Are these problems purposely built into the themes??? I’m sure they would have been proofed prior to offering for sale otherwise.

Hi Sue,
We’ve passed word to the third-party developer who built the theme you’re using. While I don’t have a firm time for resolution, we do require them to be responsive to issues and so I expect resolution or an update very soon.
Truly, we want the best product possible. In this case, you happen to be the first person to try an image background with this theme while latest posts is set to the front who has reported this to us (thank you for that). The higher paying services would be impacted by this as well and is in no way an effort to upsell you or anyone else.
I appreciate your patience and thank you for using WordPress.com.

Hi, it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything new. Is this being resolved? I paid for this special theme and can’t use the features. Would appreciate follow up. Thanks!
