How do I get the blog's pages to show or not to show?
-
1. On my blog I have multiple pages. When I try to make pages on the next sublevel they don’t show (yes, I code them with the parent-side).
2. When I code a pair of the pages only to be viewed by those wwith the right password this doesn’t work either, they are shown publically.
3. How do I make the entries seen both on homepage AND on the respective (subject-)page they should belong to?
Why, why and why – what am I doing wrong? (My theme is Pilcrow).

For the child pages to drop-down in the nav menu, you’ll need to create your own menu via Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
See this for more info: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Password-protected pages, like the two that you have, will require a password to view, but typically the creator should be able to see them without entering a password.
For #3, are you referring to placing posts on pages?
