How Do I Get the Chat Window At bottom of screen back? Business account

    i am a business member. ie i have the business upgrade. i am supposed to get a little chat screen to talk to wordpress staff but it had disappeared for several days now. I might of pressed the x button because i was trying to read something that the chat window was covering up. But before, it would pop back up next time i loggd on. but it seemed to disappeared. I logged on, logged off, turned on and off comPuter, tryied differant browsers and differant computers, same thing. the little chat window is gone. is there something in the settings that I need to change to get the little chat window back?

    Oh and i am having the same problem as everybody else with trying to put up new posts. but hopefully, where someone at wordpress comes to work in the morning and discovers and fixes the problem.

    I think last time i noticed the chat window, it said that the happiness engineers are in a confereance for like a week. so hopefully they could put up the chat window back whn they get back? I think it said the 9th, perhaps that is why the chat window disapeared.

    The chat window appears when staff is available. We are constantly working on increasing staff availability.

    Oh and i am having the same problem as everybody else with trying to put up new posts.

    Can you be more specific about this issue? I would be happy to look into it.
