How do I get the emails of my blog subscribers?

  hi there
  I have the “subscribe via email” option on my holistictriathlete.com blog here on WP.
  I am planning on upgrading to WP.org themes and want to know can I obtain the email addresses of current subscribers (approx 500 at the moment I think). I wish to add them to a MailChimp option later on which I am going to incorporate to WP.org.

  Heya,

  You can get the list of email subscribers through your statistics (Dashboard >> Stats >> Bottom of the screen on your left >> Blog followers >> Email), however any followers who are via the WordPress.com system do not have their email address displayed and you do not have access to that.

  Once you are moved over to WordPress.org, we can also move your subscribers over to the new site for you as long as you install the Jetpack plugin. If you’d prefer to go that route, you can bypass the MailChimp option entirely.
