  Hi there, you can obtain the EPP code and transfer the domain by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/transfer-domain-registration/

  However, this must be done by the WordPress.com account that owns the domain, which is not the one you’re currently logged in under.

  I was indeed logged into the incorrect account. Once I logged into the right one, I had access to what I needed, thanks.
