How do I get the Follow button to show on a mobile device?
-
Almost all of my readers view my blog posts on their mobile devices through Facebook links. I need them to be able to follow my blog using their cell phone or tablet, but the follow button is not visible (it is visible on a computer).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you read this support doc at https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/? These days we have bloggers enabling the mobile theme on themes that are reposnive which, of course, queers everything.
-
EDIT: reposnive was meant to be responsive.
The mobile ready theme is a default theme and a completely different theme that you do not need to enable, if your theme is listed as a responsive layout theme here https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/responsive-layout/
The mobile default theme is provided for those who run older themes that aren’t the gold standard which is responsive layout.
A responsive layout theme adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
When we use a responsive theme we disable the mobile theme. Go to >Dashboard > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme

This is the same thing that is happening to my page, I tried disabling and enabling the theme but its still not working. I just started my blog about two or three weeks ago and no one can follow me. livelaughlove0214.wordpress.com

My theme (Spun) appears to already be on the responsive list, but does not show the follow button.

The floating follow button doesn’t automatically appear on mobile because of the size of the screen, but you could use one of your widget areas to add a follow widget.

Can you please start a new thread at this link:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1Your issue is not related to the other questions in this thread, so it will be easier to help you in your own thread. Make sure to add “modlook” to the tags, and we’ll reply to you there.
