how do i get the full post on the frontpage?

  the latest post on my blog has that line of text “click here to read the rest of the text.” i’m assuming my author couldn’t get the full post on the frontpage with the new changes. where do i change this to get the post to show up all on the frontpage? i can’t seem to find the place to change this? thanks. :)
