I want to integrate my blog with my facebook page, but I do not understand the directions that tell me how to do that. Believe me, there is nothing easy about this!

What is an “allowed markup? blockquote? code? em? strong? ul? ol? li? How do I use these things?

ul,ol,li will create a ‘list’ structure.
