How do I get the Menu in Edin theme to show above my header pic?

In the Eden them the menu buttons show above the header pictures, yet when I choose this theme it shows below the picture. How can I change this?

The theme you are currently using is Suburbia.
Also, I would be very cautious about reposting entire articles copyrighted by other publications on your WordPress.com website, unless, of course, you have their permission to do so. If you don’t, you may find yourself in the express lane to having your WPcom site suspended.
