How do I get the name moved or freed up to move to another host.

  I was trying to set up YourMorningNews.com on justhost.com I set the dns servers pointing to just host, The site is a new html script site I wanted to install on YMN.com name. We run into an error at justhost, it said site YMN.com is hosted somewhere else. Then I remembered WP, How do I get it un-hosted at WP? Or get it moved to JustHost so I can install the new script for the news site????
