  Your top post is a sticky post so it is appearing at the top although you have some posts published after that.

  Edit https://morishblog.wordpress.com/2015/10/21/lets-pick-up-that-trash-and-make-it-into-something-useful/ post and uncheck the Stick to the front page checkbox as shown in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
