How do I get the pluggin for the PayPal donation button?

  I tried following the instructions (given by a WordPress guru) for getting the short code for a PayPal button for my wordpress.com site and I can’t seem to find out where to download the plugin from, and how to proceed.

  We don’t offer a plugin for the button, but we do have instructions for setting up a PayPal donation button. :)
