How do I get the post to stay only in iits own column and not in those of the s?

  My post no longer confnes itself to its own column but instead spreads over the sidebar widgets as well rendering it unreadable.

  You had a bunch of unnecessary HTML (div, span, and H1 tags) interfering with the rest of the theme, like you may have copied the post from elsewhere.

  I removed those, and it seems to be fine now.
