how do i get the site to accept my like button for faceook

  i keep getting an error box when i try to post my LIKE widget for facebook

  If you enter the complete URL starting with http:// for a Facebook Page not your profile it will work. It does not accept URLs for Facebook [profiles.

  So do I have to create a page for the same thing I am blogging about?

  So it would be like a fan page – not a profile?

  Forgive me – but I am kind of a caveman…

  Yes it has to be a fan page URL. The widget will not accept any other URL.
