How do I get the tagline for the Suffusion 3.1.7 theme to not appear in caps?

I am currently using the Suffusion 3.1.7 theme and I love it! The only problem is, the tagline is stuck at appearing in caps, and I can’t figure out how to turn this off. Please see my block to see what I’m talking about:
