How do I get the theme not to overlap with the blog titles?

We have our purple logo large and centered on the link line at the top of our website in a way that it overlaps with the current page the user is on. About half of the logo overlaps, which I think looks good on most pages. However, for the blog tab, when you click on a specific blog, then the logo overlaps with the blog title. Is there a way to lower the blog title so that it starts below the logo?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi!

It looks like it’s only happening on the posts where you don’t have a featured image specified. On your most recent post, “EDGEWATER HOTEL WEDDING”, it displays well, but the older ones where there’s no featured image, it’s bumping the title up under the logo to the top navigation bar. Is adding a featured image to the other posts something you’d be willing to do? That would be the easiest fix since the theme seems to be designed for that. Hope that helps!

That was the only solution I could come up with, but if anyone else has any ideas on how to solve the overlap problem I would love suggestions!

  • For what it’s worth, I actually like the way it looks with the featured image better, it helps separate your blog entries from one another on the main blog page, and it adds some extra color and interest to pull me in to individual posts too. But I’m a web designer by trade, so I’ll get off my soapbox now and let someone answer your question..haha. Best of luck!
