How do I get the Twitter share button to link to the new Twitter profile?

  My Twitter share button at the end of my blog posts when clicked post to my new Twitter profile but still says “via (insert my old Twitter profile)”. So it links and gives credit for my posts to some strange person I do not know. How can I make that stop?

  Hi there,

  After looking into your blog I see that you did not enable the Twitter sharing button at the end of your posts. I tried doing this on my test blog and found that when I share a post on my Twitter, at the top right hand side of the pop-up I can see exactly which Twitter account I’m logged into. If you aren’t already logged into Twitter, it will ask you to log in. It may have been that when you were trying to share your post, you were logged into another account.

  Can you try this again but log completely out of Twitter, and then share one of your posts? Let me know how that goes!
