How can I get the following code on my blog? (It’s a PayPal donate button.)
<form action=”https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr” method=”post”>
<input type=”hidden” name=”cmd” value=”_xclick”>
<input type=”hidden” name=”business” value=”(email visible only to moderators and staff)”>
<input type=”hidden” name=”no_shipping” value=”2″>
<input type=”hidden” name=”no_note” value=”1″>
<input type=”hidden” name=”currency_code” value=”USD”>
<input type=”hidden” name=”tax” value=”0″>
<input type=”hidden” name=”bn” value=”PP-DonationsBF”>
<input type=”image” src=”https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/x-click-but21.gif” border=”0″ name=”submit” alt=”Make payments with PayPal – it’s fast, free and secure!”>
<img alt=”” border=”0″ src=”https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif” width=”1″ height=”1″>
</form> -
Sorry, but I didn’t find anything that helped. All I want is one of those PayPal buttons on my blog. :(

You have to find a different version of the button in order for it to work. A non-Form version. There are some around, so search the Paypal site for them.

I think raincoaster’s got a good idea. You can find a non-form version of a paypal button on the net and upload it into a text widget.
-
then how can you use the link to your paypal acct when using a non-form version? I was going to add a page that has it on it with donate as the tab. whaddya think?

The paypal info can be found in this thread. It really needs to be added to the FAQ since the question comes up so often.

Thanks a lot Vivian. The thread did not have a helpful title and I have now tagged it with “paypal button code” and cross-referenced it to the other thread.
