How do I get this theme on my blog?

Alright, I’ve been blogging on a few other sites, but WordPress is completely different, and has more things on here that I am a complete noob about. So, sorry if I sound like an absolute idiot, I’m expecting that a few people out there will be laughing at the screen as they read this.
Anyway. A friend of mine showed me this theme that I absolutely love, http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/threattocreativity ….and I have no idea how, or if I even can, make this the theme for my blog. o_o
I know that wordpress.com & wordpress.org are two completely different sites, but I was wondering if it’s not impossible to get this theme. Again, I feel like a retard for asking in the first place… so I ask that you don’t rub it in and simply share your knowledge.
Hopefully I can start learning these things on my own without the need for asking the forum how to do *everything*

As you said, wp.com and wp.org are different – there’s a sticky on that up top in the forum. In wp.com you can only use one of the themes available under Appearance>Themes.

They’re both WordPress, so I vote they allow wordpress.org themes on here.
