How do I get this widget into my WP site

  Hi Im wanting to use this widget in my WP site.

  How do I actually get it / download it so I can use it?
  Im using the Twenty Ten 1.3 Theme.
  Im using WordPress 3.3.1.

  You cannot get it. It’s something designed especially for WordPress.com. I’m sure there are plugins that will do this for you at WordPress.org, so try a search there.
