How do I get to already written posts when I want to publish them?????

How do I find posts that I have written already and want to publish now?
Somehow I could find dashboard, no more. I could find my posts and then publish.
What is going on in switching everything around.
Will have to look for another provider.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
