How do I get to Dashboard, in order to verify my website with Youtube/Google Master Tools

    a simple 5 minute thing has spun into this 5 hour mess of garbage. I have changed my theme in order to try and find the head tag but nowhere is it showing a place to alter the codeing of the page, and i have entered the code into the SEO page and it still does not work. please, before I tear my hair out, help me.
