  Hi there,
  Sadly, there is not longer any chat widget that I know of that we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Meebo was bought out by Google and withdrew their chat widget on July 11 th. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/06/23/chat-without-the-meebo-widget/
