How do I get to talk to a human?

I have been trying to get help recovering access to my paid site. I use the online help. When i type “connect me to a human” i am told that it is only available for a paid site. When I say i have a paid site but cant access it i am told to just type “connect me to a human” for help – then round and round we go. What can I do! I need to recover access to my paid site?

You created this account less than a day ago. You need to log out and log back in with the correct username or email address and password to reach your site. You must have more than one email address. If you don’t know the email address connected to the site then visit your site, leave a comment on the contact page and see where it goes.

Thank you, actually i created the original account years ago but a new account was created as i tried to update the user name. I will try leaving a comment tho – to see what happens, thanks, karl

Make sure you write down and save your username karljones37 and your password and you’ll never have problems in future.

The website http://www.7staffing.com is down. NetSol says I need to republish it from WordPress. However, when I log in, the site does not show up at all, so I’m lost on the next steps. Everything was fine in 2024 with no issues.
