How do I get to the Admin Bar?

  I have two users, both are admins. I used to be able to see the gray (admin) bar at the top when I go to my site (while logged in). But, now it’s not there. Both users are still admins. How do I get back to be able to see that gray bar?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  I log into wp.com to go to my site. I found out how to get to the dashboard via bluehost (my sites’ host) > WordPress Tools. So, that doesnt seem to be the issue any longer. Although, my newly submitted issue is that I want to transfer my mapped domain to a new WP acct. Its been over 2 days. So, if I remove my domain, I can’t get refunded. But, I should be able to just trx within WP. Is this true?

  Hi there,

  Domain mapping subscriptions can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase. The 2-day limit is only for domain registrations.

  I see both the mapping subscriptions on your account are under 30 days old, so you should be able to cancel and refund them from the Purchases page:
