How do I get to the sites of people who liked my posts?

Emails I receive tell me that a person has liked my post and tell me I might like to visit their blog but recent emails don’t include a link. I got a like from someone called Siddhartha but there are various WordPress blogs with this name.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you click on their gravatar image on your post (where the list of “likes” is), you should be able to see a list of their websites on the Gravatar page it will take you to.
Remember, it is possible to have a WordPress.com account without having a site.
