How do i get to the wordpress dashboard?

I recently compared my login page to another blogger’s and realized that his dashboard is very different from mine, allowing for more customization, detailing and plugins whereas mine is a much more simplified one. Case in point (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rlqm2mFaAIU) I do not see the dashboard displayed in this video. Is there a problem with my account and how do I get to this dashboard? I have gotten to it before while customizing some areas of my blog but I cannot remember how I got there now.

You can get there by simply adding /wp-admin to your blog address. So your sites dashboard can be accessed here –
