how do I get to wordpress build

  Hi, I’m trying to use Wp Members pug-in, and I deactivated Elementor so I’m try to build in WordPress, But I can’t get the Pages menus to show up right to can the content I need for the plugin to work. we are adding login and registeration to the page.
