We do not provide support for local install of WordPress.ORG software here at WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. No no you are misunderstanding my question.
I am not bothered about .com or .org at the moment. I am assuming my website to be .org.
Now what I am looking for is the source code of the website that I make using drag and drop facilities/tools in WordPress. I am using a TOMCAT local server to test my work. Generally web project deployments are in .war file formats or they could be just plain html/css projects. I am fine with either of them. I just want the source code available to me so that once I complete website development using WordPress tools, I can test my website locally.

What we post above is correct. This has nothing to do with extensions. It has to do with software. We do NOT provide support of any kind whatsover for local installs of WordPress.ORG software here at WordPress.COM.
