  Livechat is a feature you can use here if you have an upgraded WordPress.com plan. Do you? The site listed above isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com.   On your other thread you talked of http://complimentscomplaints.com/ which isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. What is the address of the WordPress.com site with a Business plan that you are looking for?
