How do I get WordPress Customer Service? I have a password issue that can’t be resolved with their forms.

Wordpress Password reset issue doesn’t help if my old email is shut down and all the codes are stored there (thus inaccessible). Their form won’t let me continue with just additional comments only. I do believe I have the appropriate info needed to verify myself if I can just get through to technical.

Hi there,
For security reasons, we are unable to confirm the email address on a WordPress.com site. If you believe you are the owner of a WordPress.com account where an email address is no longer valid my recommendation would be to work with the email provider to try to bring back up the account.

I tried to work with yahoo but I couldn’t get them to return any inquiries. Didn’t I put my home address in my site info? If so, I can supply that. Is there any way I can send a copy of my passport or something like that? This has my travel history overseas that I don’t want to lose. I can tell you a lot of my followers since they are my friends. Would any of this help verify who I am? Thsnks!

We cannot accept information that appears on your site as verification of ownership – anyone who knows your address can put it into a website they own, but that won’t mean you can claim access to their site as well.
And as we did not ask for a copy of your passport when you created your account, we can’t accept that as verification either, as there is nothing we can check it against in order to verify your ownership.
If you don’t have access to the email address used for your account any more, the only way to regain access is to verify your ownership using one of the methods specified in our account recovery documentation. We cannot make any exceptions to this:

One of my pictures that I posted (Jun 16, 2015) shows my passport with my plane tickets (and my name is visible on the boarding pass) as well as my friends passport. Isn’t there someway to use this posted picture to help identify me? When I signed up for wordpress in 2015, I don’t remember it having all the options now specified in your current documentation. I realize I should have kept up on all your security changes but some of the options you now have weren’t available back then.

It doesn’t look like we are going to be able to help you any further in the public forums. The only acceptable proof of ownership to recover the account is listed on the Account Recovery form that we have provided. The passport photo is not acceptable for account recovery purposes.
