How do I get wordpress_0 to point to my root directory
-
Right now the web site only works if folks go to http://www.ravenscroftlifeservices.com/wordpress_0/ and I would like them to be able to go to http://www.ravenscroftlifeservices.com but the directions that are available on the website don’t work. The files I am supposed to copy and move don’t exist.

That is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
