How do I get WP to help me with two step verification

Last year i lost the cell phone the two step was under, i contacted WP time and again but the one time they got back to me the answer showed they hadn’t paid attention to my problem!. I’ve got a new blog on hauntings with a reblog from my old blog. And I still can’t get into my other blog. I contacted WP last spring but got no help that actually worked. Then i just gave up, i’ve recently started a new one. And would like to start up the old one to if someone can help me get into it. Because I don’t have the cell phone now and the codes i had generated won’t work until i get past the cell phone code. I got several emails for payment to keep my own domain, but since I couldn’t get any help to get into the blog I SAW NO REASON TO CONTINUE TO PAY FOR IT. Please can’t someone there help me?.
