How do I give a blog to another person?

  I set up a blog to preserve a business name for a restaurant and before I got the blog transferred into the owner’s name, the restaurant went out of business and the owner had a baby.

  She still wants to maintain the wordpress name to use when she restarts her restaurant. I want to get it out of my name.

  How to I transfer it to her?

  She needs to register a WordPress.com username account.
  You need to invite her to be an official user of the blog.

  She accepts and you elevate her status ie. role to Admin.

  Then you use this process to transfer the blog to her username account.
