  You can transfer the blog to someone else by following these instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  If you don’t have someone who wants the blog lined up, then just make a post on the front page of your blog saying if you want this domain then email this address, or leave a comment, or however you’d like to be contacted.
