how do I globally disable facebook etc. sharing on my posts?

  You can remove the option from Settings -> Sharing in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Thanks, but this didn’t seem to work.

  I got to “Enabled Services” but there was no way to disable them.

  You’ll need to click and drag them from the Enabled Services area back to the Available Services area.
