How do I go about adding a portfolio link to a page? On fontfolio

    Next, add the [portfolio] shortcode to a post or page. The shortcode will display projects in different ways, depending on how you use the optional attributes to customize the portfolio layout. HUH?

    I have no idea what this means. HEEEELP I want to create portfolios and add it to the page called Portfolio 4. I want to be able to have it added to the main menu instead of having album pages.
