how do I handle old blog urls

  I have successfully migrated my content from my old blogging system over to wordpress.com. I want to point my domain at the new wordpress.com URL but I want all my referrers to still work. The links look something like this:

  Old Blog: http://www.iamnotmyself.com/2011/03/13/CIInTheRealWorldSlideDeckLinks.aspx
  New Blog: http://oncodebynotmyself.wordpress.com/2011/03/13/ci-in-the-real-world-slide-deck-links/
  Eventual Blog: http://www.iamnotmyself.com/2011/03/13/ci-in-the-real-world-slide-deck-links/

  How do I catch the old blog urls and redirect them to the new urls? Is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
