How do I have a comment box display at the bottom of my posts?

On my latest post there is no place for comments or to share it on Facebook or Twitter. How do I fix this?

The comment box will only appear when viewing the single post screen:
As for the sharing icons, if you want those to appear on the front page, go to Settings -> Sharing, check “Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results” and click Save Changes.
