How do I have a summery of a post appear on my homepage, not the entire post?

I want only summery of a post to appear on my homepage, not the entire post. There use to be a setting in here but I can’t find it… help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I saw that but there use to be a way to do it so you don’t have to go through each post. It just cut it off on all of them.
I am doing the more tag now – just time consuming and I have to let everyone know how to do it…
