How do I have pages like a website and be able to post on each page?

  I want to turn this into somewhat like a website, have different pages by categories and then post blogs on each page. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We organize our posts by use of categories. To organize your posts, assign categories and sub-categories, create a custom menu and include them in it.

  There is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. However, we can create the appearance that we have done that by setting up a custom menu and displaying Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation menu.
