How do I have the comments made about posts show up at the bottom of the post?

  When people make comments on any of my posts they show up at the top of the post in a Quote bubble with the number of comments made in the bubble. I would like them to show up at the bottom of the post so that people can right away see comments that have been made without having to click that screen open.
