Hi Jason,
Please help me!
I called ipower again today and thought everything was done, but now my website has disappeared completely, both via domain name and the actual wordpress site name.
All I want to do is have my new email, which I have over at (email visible only to moderators and staff), work. (I also have my domains over there too.)
The first contact with them they told me to update mx records to point to ipower, which I thought I did correctly. When nothing happened (altho I was getting “mail not delivered” messages in my Mac mail so I knew email was going somewhere) I called again today, tech support did a bunch of stuff, not sure what, and said wait 24 hours and email should be working.
Just went on Safari to go to my site, by typing in my domain name and it has disappeared completely. It’s not there under the wordpress name either. Or under another domain I have pointing at it. (capeannpianostudio.com)
Please help me. I will be forever indebted to you.
