how do I hide a page unless it is clicked on from another page?

    I want to link a page to another page but have the second page hidden unless it is clicked on first by the first page.

    Hi there, because you’re already using a custom menu, you can certainly go ahead and create a page that is only linked from one other page. The new page won’t be automatically displayed in the menu. Let me know if this would do the trick or if I’ve misunderstood what you’re trying to do. Thanks!

    Thank you for getting back to me.
    Does this mean the new page would be displayed as a drop down box? I would like to link to a page which is only available if you click on an image. I want to post amigurumi patterns. If this isn’t possible then I think the next best thing is to post the pattern in a regular post but without widgets then have a link back to it from a page called patterns. Gee I hope I have made that clear. :)

    No, not unless you added it manually to your custom menu.
