How do I hide authors?

  Hello, I’m using the Arcane theme and i’m trying to hide the author or ‘by’ from posts. Is this possible?

  Are you talking about a WordPress.com site? The easy way to untick “display author”on a post is by using “Content options” (if your theme supports that feature). Otherwise CSS would be required.

  Yep a wordpress.com site.

  Seems like the theme I’m using does not have a “display author” button.

  I’ve also used a CSS code i found on another post but doesnt seem to work.

  If the site you’re referring to is on the Premium or Business plan, then you may find Live Chat support more convenient than submitting requests in the support forum. See How to Access Live Chat Support.
