How do I hide the featured image?

Hello there. Just trying to edit my website. Still a bit to do. One thing I would like to do is hide the featured image on the pages, as I’m not a fan of having an image take up the whole screen before you get to the copy. I was advised that you can hide them, but I can’t find the option. Maybe it is an issue for this theme – Twenty Seventeen.

I do like the ability to add the pages with the feature images showing on my home page http://www.shiffter.com where the scrolling works fine, but just don’t want it to appear on the other pages.

    Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

  • Hi Kam! I looked into your request and see you were able to get a couple of things done. First, you were able to find a CSS solution to hide the featured images, since your theme does not offer a built-in option hide them. That’s great!

I also see you connected with a Happiness Engineer in Live Chat to get help with the above CSS solution, and that’s now working; even better! Your Business plan enables you to immediately connect with Happiness Engineers in Live Chat to get quick solutions and answers to your questions. We’re happy you were able to make this connection. :)

Hi Dean. Thanks for that. You’re right, after I submitted this post I found the help help icon. I didn’t realise that the business package gave me direct access so really appreciate you pointing that out. Anyway, thanks again and have a great weekend! Kam
