How do I Hire/Get someone to modify or design theme headers

  I am a newbie and need some help modifying or designing my theme header. I am stating a new blog to see if I can generate adsense dollars. Any advice? What about outsourcing?

  Yes: if you want to run adsense you are in the wrong forum, because blogger-generated advertising is against the terms of service at WordPress.COM. If you have an independently-hosted blog using WordPress software, you need to be over at WordPress.ORG, where those blogs are supported.
