How do I identify the e-mail address of new "viewers" usernames?

  I have a private blog.

  I invite users to be either “contributors” and “viewers”.

  If they are “contributors”, I can see their username and password in the Dashboard so can identify the user via the e-mail address.

  If they are “viewers”, I can only see their usernames and not their e-mail address and therefore cannot always identify the user.

  How do I view the e-mail address of “viewers”?
