Google analytics cannot be used on a WordPress.com blog.
So may be there are any other analytics tools compatible with WordPress.com blog?

This is a multi-user blogging platform. Our blogs share a common architecture. We bloggers cannot access metadata on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and install any tracking code, we have no FTP access and we cannot install plugins. Stats > http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/
Note we cannot install Google Analytics.
Scroll down to “visitor tracking” for info on free third party stats programs we can use. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/popular-posts/
