  How do I Import a New Plugin to display my Instagram Feed. I have already downloaded the plugin but do not see where to import it under the MySite WordPress options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @heartsoftriumph,
  This is WordPress.COM, uploading/adding custom themes are not allowed here. We are limited to use the built-in plugins that already come with WordPress.COM.

  You can read more about plugins on WordPress.COM and also check the list of built-in plugins here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, there are 2 option to use your Instagram feeds on you WordPress.COM site.
  1. By embedding Instagram posts directly on your site, read more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/instagram/instagram-images/
  2. Or you can use the Instagram widget to display all your feeds. Read more about adding and setting up the Instagram widget on your site here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/instagram/instagram-widget/
